October 28, 2015 – Pastor Whitney speaks on the radio show “We the People, The Constitution Matters” on the subject of “When Governments steal: the issue of imminent domain abuses in our land and what can be done about it.”
October 22, 2015 – Pastor Whitney contributed to the We The People – The Constitution Matters radio show on WFYL. The theme was the extra-judicial killing of American citizens by the Federal government.
August 31, 2015 – The Declaration of Independence is a document of nullification in that it declares King George’s laws pretended legislation. Nullification is an essential part of our history not only at the founding but throughout the earliest years. Thomas Jefferson and James Madison both penned legislative resolves that detailed how nullification was and is a vital means by which civil government can be forced back into the boundaries which the people have established through their Constitution.
